Considerations:

Keeping you satisfied with our services and deals is our #1 priority and keeping you delighted about our services is our ultimate goal. A non refundable 1/2 of the total is asked when booking a spa package. Prices at end of services are agreed upon when booking, however the pricing may change if services are changed or added. Please pay accordingly.The deposit is a non refundable fee and if cancelations are made within 48 hours the deposit will be used towards rebooking. (*one time only)  With payment you are holding that appointment time with our professional staff members. If you have any issue with your scheduled service, we will be happy to attempt to reschedule, compliments of our staff with a 48 hour notice for spa parties and 24 hours for all other appointments. We strive to set us apart from any other spa that you have experienced. We believe in giving you the satisfaction you deserve. Spa parties of three or more will be charged a 20% gratuity. Spa party pricing is subject to change. Please ask for current pricing. Sales on services are not always included in packages for parties so inquire about add on service pricing.
