Rates starting at $120 per night (Two night minimum)
A deposit of the full stay is needed for booking.
Non Refundable. Must give us 48 hours for stays of 2 nights or more to change. For Long stay bookings guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.
If a check in is missed by 24 hours, no refund will be permitted.
The entire property (due to severe allergies) is prohibited from having smoking and any animals on site.

Rules,
With a working relaxation business below and other tenants at times sharing the building. Be respectful. If you break something, replace it. If you use something put it away. Do not redecorate. If you do not arrive to your stay within 24 hours of check in your booking will be forfeited.
Please lock common areas when leaving and coming. No furniture of any kind is to be brought into the apartment without prior authorization. Do not move the furniture. Remember we have guests coming in after you that would like the space to be as clean as you came into your stay, this helps us be able to do a thorough cleaning upon your checkout. if at anytime you make a mess that will require more than just cleaning please let us know ASAP. Check out is at noon. If you are a late check in, please be respectful of other guests in the building. This apartment is a queen size bed apartment. The couch is not designed as a place to sleep. If you have a third guests we can have a twin size sleep mat brought in but prices are added for additional guests. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. If you break it, replace it. Our main rule is ENJOY YOURSELF.
Our cancelation/ refund policy for stays:
Guests who cancel a reservation can get a full refund only if they cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before their check-in date. If a guest cancels after that, they will forfeit for all nights spent plus 30 additional nights from the date of cancellation. If a guest cancels with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation no refund will apply. If a guest breaks any rules of the property they will be asked to leave and subject to a banning of the property and no refund will be given. If guest fails to check in within 24 hours of check in date, they forfeit the entirety of their stay.
